Members living within the continental US receive free shipping on orders ranging between 4 to 20 two-page layouts, while members in the non-continental US and Canada receive free shipping on orders ranging between 7 to 20 two-page layouts. What is the difference between a 3-month and a 12-month membership? Both 3-month and 12-month members enjoy the same benefits; however, the pricing structure for membership differs. A 3-month membership is priced at $30/$35 and automatically renews at $10/$11.50 each month after the initial 3 months. A 12-month membership is priced at $99/$115 and automatically renews for a 12-month term at the end of each year.
What is a JPG file and why would I want one? Studio J members get free JPG files of their layout with each custom print they buy. Being a Studio J member also allows you to purchase standalone JPG files for only $3/$3.50. Getting the JPG file means you can download printable, high-resolution images—one of the left page, one of the right page—as well as a lower resolution thumbnail image of your entire layout. Use the hi-res images to print your layout now or in the future, or burn them to a CD to keep in your archive. The thumbnail is a great way to electronically share your beautiful layout with everyone—email it to a friend far away, post it on your Facebook wall, put it on your blog—the options are endless!
How long are my JPG files available to download? Once your JPG files are ready to download, they will be available for 7 days. If you do not download your files within the 7 day time frame, you will have to repurchase the files.
Once I become a Studio J member, can I get JPG files of my previous Studio J purchases? Yes. JPG files of your Studio J purchases prior to becoming a member will be available to purchase at the standalone JPG file price of $3/$3.50.
How long is my content saved if I am a member? One benefit of Studio J membership is that members' active, unpurchased projects are maintained indefinitely as long as their membership remains current. Purchased projects are maintained for one year after purchase for members as well as non-members.
How can my customers become Studio J members? Memberships can be purchased from the Idea Book (at Gatherings or on Individual Orders), via EZ Invite® online shopping, at a MyCTMH® Tier II website, or within a Studio J account. Upon purchase, all customers will receive an email confirming their order that explains how to redeem their membership. Memberships purchased directly within Studio J are instantly applied to the account.
Is my payment profile automatically updated with the same information I used to purchase my membership? No. In the process of redeeming your membership on Studio J, you will be required to enter a payment profile by going to My Account > Membership & OffeWhy am I required to enter a payment profile when I redeem my membership? Payment profiles are required so memberships can continue to renew without you or your customers having to manually re-enter payment information every time the membership expires. Cancel auto renewal by going to the Billing tab in your online account and electing to cancel upcoming renewals.
How do I manage or cancel renewal of my membership? Automatic renewal can be canceled upon request, but the initial membership fee cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been submitted.
